Increased kiln output

This graph shows the clinker output increases which have been achieved with one of our multinational clients.

A progressive deterioration in clinker output has been turned into increased operational efficiency and record production levels by stabilising and modifying process inputs, optimising process parameters and helping staff work in new ways.

These improvements in efficiency have been obtained without compromising product performance or low alkali properties, which were previously at limit values. Most significantly, the improvements have been achieved at negligible capital expense.

We continue to work with this client and are presently helping them unlock their remaining clinker production capacity, which will raise kiln output to over 500 ktpa, making even better use of the existing equipment.
